Oshkosh Truck Shareholders' Meeting to be Webcast on February 4

    OSHKOSH, Wis.--Jan. 31, 2003--Oshkosh Truck Corporation , a leading manufacturer of specialty trucks and truck bodies, will webcast its regularly scheduled annual shareholders' meeting on Tuesday, February 4, 2003, at 11:00 a.m. EST. The webcast is open to the public.
    After adjournment of the meeting, Robert G. Bohn, Oshkosh's chairman, president and chief executive officer will comment on Oshkosh's fiscal 2002 performance and the current state of the business.
