Trans-Am Series Kicks off 2003 Season

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. ‹ Bill Bentley of Longwood, Fla. will display his No.
46 Bentley Architects & Engineering, Inc. Chevrolet Camaro Trans-Am Series
for the BFGoodrich Tires Cup car during the Bridgestone Presents the Champ
Car World Series Powered by Ford demonstration Monday, Feb. 3 between 9 a.m.
and 5 p.m. The car will be displayed on Central Ave. between 1st and 3rd
Streets near the temporary Grand Prix of St. Petersburg street course.
Bentley, an Architect by trade, hopes to compete on this year¹s Grand Prix
of St. Petersburg, along with several other races on the Trans-Am tour.
The 2003 Trans-Am Series season will kick-off during the Grand Prix of St.
Petersburg weekend Feb. 21-23. The Trans-Am Series last raced in St.
Petersburg in 1997.
