Asbury Automotive selects F&I Menu Wizard(TM)

ST. LOUIS, Jan. 30 -- Asbury Automotive Group Inc , one of the largest automotive
retailers in the U.S., has selected the F&I Menu Wizard(TM) by software
provider DealerWare LLC for its group-wide Menu Selling solution.
Tom McCollum, Asbury's Vice President commented, "Asbury was very diligent
in its search for the best menu in the marketplace. F&I Menu Wizard was the
only product that met or exceeded every expectation. We found it to be both
customer and user-centric and most important, a real time saver. However, the
best part about our decision has been the support we've received from the
folks at F&I Menu Wizard. Asbury is very pleased to have them as a partner."

Asbury Automotive Group, Inc., headquartered in Stamford, Connecticut, is
one of the largest automobile retailers in the U.S., with 2001 revenues of
$4.3 billion. Asbury now operates through nine geographically concentrated,
individually branded "platforms." These platforms operate 93 retail auto
stores, encompassing 131 franchises for the sale and servicing of 36 different
brands of American, European and Asian automobiles.

DealerWare LLC is a custom provider of automobile dealership software
headquartered in Marion, Illinois. Its flagship product the F&I Menu
Wizard(TM) is used in hundreds of dealerships nationwide.

"The goal of Menu Selling in car dealerships is to consistently offer all
finance and insurance products to all buyers all of the time -- known as the
300% rule," says Mike Absher, founder of DealerWare LLC. "This consistency
creates the opportunity to sell more products and more importantly, discloses
these products to the customer in an easy-to-understand friendly format.
Today's automotive buyer however, does not have the time to invest while
waiting for a financial services manager to create these complex packages on a
presentation."
With the F&I Menu Wizard(TM) automobile dealerships have an automated
software tool that creates these confrontations in less than 30 seconds. The
software also allows these packages and presentations to be quickly customized
to a customer's expressed wants after the initial presentation is made.
In addition to the hundreds of dealerships using the software, the F&I
Menu Wizard(TM) is currently in pilot in two DaimlerChrysler dealership zones
and one General Motors dealership zone.
