Fort Knox National Company Announces Leadership Changes



    ELIZABETHTOWN, Ky., Jan. 30 -- Fort Knox National Company
(FKNC), a provider of electronic payment processing services, has announced
several new executive appointments designed to propel revenue growth by
enhancing the company's customer-centric business focus.
    Priscilla Capes was appointed Chief Operating Officer in charge of the
company's call center, facilities management, and human resources operations.
Capes joined Fort Knox National Company in 1993 and previously served as
Executive Vice President.  Prior to joining the company, Capes was an
independent consultant to financial institutions across the U.S. and spent
several years at KPMG Peat Marwick and Liberty National Bank.
    J. Joshua Hartlage has been named Chief Marketing Officer and will be
responsible for directing the company's sales and marketing strategies,
partner development initiatives, and client service operations.  Hartlage
joined the company in 2000 from Tivoli Systems, a division of IBM, where he
was Enterprise Solutions Manager, and has since served as Fort Knox National's
Vice President, Sales and Marketing.
    Jeffery Stough assumes responsibility for new account and revenue
development as Vice President of Sales and Relationship Management.  Stough
was previously Vice President and Director at Bankers Trust and MetLife where
he managed 401(k) plans for CBS/Westinghouse, United Technologies, and
Northrop Grumman.  He has over 20 years of experience in finance and sales and
began his career as a Bank Examiner for the Florida Office of the Comptroller
of the Currency.
    R. Wayne Vick was named Vice President, Client Services and will manage
the company's client implementation, training, and support operations.  Vick
joined Fort Knox National Company from Bank of America where he served as Vice
President, Corporate Change Integration.  Vick has over 15 years of experience
in process development, technology integration, and project administration and
held management positions within the credit and retail lending operations at
Barnett Bank.
    Tabitha Crawford has moved from her position as Vice President of
eGovernment Services and CEO of Military Assistance Company to become Vice
President, Emerging Markets where she will lead in the identification of
potential business initiatives.  Crawford's background experience includes
investment and credit analysis, systems design, and banking.  She is a Board
Member for the Government Electronics Industry Association and currently
serves on the faculty of the Graduate School of Retail Bank Management.
    Rick Boswell will replace Crawford as Vice President of eGovernment
Services and President of Military Assistance Company.  Boswell has served as
both Director of Operations and Director of Business Development for Military
Assistance Company, was a faculty member in the Business Department of
Sullivan University, and spent several years as an officer in the United
States Army.
