      tools designed specifically for dealerships, automotive retailers

    DAYTON, Ohio, Jan. 28 -- The Reynolds and Reynolds
Company today announced an agreement with Dixon Odom PLLC to
become a distribution channel for eautolearning.com courses from Dixon Odom
University.
    eautolearning.com is the first Internet-based training and resource center
for automotive dealership accounting. Designed to bring education and tools
right to dealership desktops, eautolearning.com's Web-based courses and tools
allow retailers to learn a new skill set or improve on those they already
have.
    Accessible at the retailer's convenience, courses cover a broad range of
accounting-related topics, including:
    * Title and Registration
    * The Car Deal
    * Accounts Payable
    * Accounts Receivable
    * Payroll Administration
    * Inventory
    * Warranties

    According to Bobby Rice at Dixon Odom, "eautolearning.com prides itself as
a true leader in on-line automotive accounting-related education and training.
In order to ensure the availability of these resources to dealerships across
the country, we needed a partner with deep automotive retail industry
experience and reach to the dealerships.
    "The choice of Reynolds and Reynolds as our distributor of
eautolearning.com courses was an obvious one," added Rice.
    As a result of this agreement, eautolearning.com's courses have been
integrated with Reynolds and Reynolds University, the company's education,
training and consulting arm responsible for driving both the company's and
customers' growth engines with world-class learning and thinking. The
eautolearning.com accounting-related courses have already been included in
several Reynolds and Reynolds University programs.
    "The integration of the eautolearning.com accounting-related courses and
Reynolds and Reynolds University was a natural progression for both
organizations," said Mona Yezbak, vice president of Reynolds and Reynolds
University. "We strive to offer best-in-class training and educational courses
to our automotive retail customers, courses that increase employee
productivity, customer satisfaction and the bottom line.
    "Dixon Odom and eautolearning.com echo these goals, and we are happy to be
able to provide their automotive accounting-related courses to our customer
base," said Yezbak.
