TI Automotive Selects Comshare(R) CPM Software for Budgeting, Forecasting, Consolidation, and Reporting

    ANN ARBOR, Mich., Jan. 28 -- Comshare, Incorporated , a leader in software applications for
corporate performance management (CPM), announced today that the European
division of TI Automotive, a leading supplier of automotive fluid storage and
delivery systems, chose Comshare MPC software for corporate performance
management (CPM) to standardize and automate the budgeting, forecasting,
consolidation, and reporting functions of its $0.97 billion European
operation.  Comshare MPC was selected for its flexibility, financial
intelligence, proven track record, and its ability to fully exploit

    TI Automotive will deploy the web-based Comshare MPC system to its
operations across Europe.  The application replaces a custom-made mainframe
