R. L. Polk & Co. Hires Former Covisint Executive as C.I.O.

    SOUTHFIELD, Mich., Jan. 22 R. L. Polk & Co., the leading
global provider of analytic services and marketing solutions to the automotive
industry and aftermarket, today announced the hiring of Kevin Vasconi as Chief
Information Officer.
     Mr. Vasconi joins Polk after serving as Chief Technology Officer for
Covisint, LLC, one of the world's largest business-to-business e-commerce
exchanges formed as a joint venture between Ford, General Motors,
DaimlerChrysler, Renault, Nissan and Oracle & Commerce One.

positions at Ford Motor Company, including: Chief Technology Officer of Auto-
xchange; Chief Technology Officer of Consumer Connect Organizations;
Technology Executive for E-Commerce Strategy & New Business Development
Organization; and Manager for World Wide Web and Internet Applications
Development.
