Scania delisted from the New York Stock Exchange

The American Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)
has granted Scania’s application to withdraw its 
American Depositary Shares (ADR) from listing on the 
New York Stock Exchange (NYSE).

Registered holders of Scania Series A and Series B 
ADRs in the US will be informed 
on how to proceed in due course of time.

The Board of Directors in Scania AB announced its 
decision to apply for withdrawal from the NYSE on 5 
December 2002.
