Auto Life Announces Manufacturing Agreement

    CARLSBAD, Calif.--Jan. 17, 2003--Auto Life Acquisition Corp. ("Auto Life"), manufacturer of internal auto and engine cleaning systems, today announced that it had entered in to a strategic manufacturing agreement with Corlund Electronics.
    Under this agreement, Corlund will manufacture all of Auto Life's requirements for its Engine Cleaning and Transmission Flushing machines. Corlund will also manufacture Auto Life's new products -- a Fuel Injection Cleaning System and a Coolant Flushing machine -- when they are rolled out in early 2003.
    With annual revenues approaching $100 million per year, Corlund is the largest contract manufacturer in Southern California, and the 56th largest contract manufacturer in the world, according to a recent survey by Electronic Business. Corlund will manufacture Auto Life products at its 65,000 sq ft facility in Vista, Calif., where it maintains sheet metal fabrication, precision machining and electronics assembly capabilities.
    Auto Life Acquisition Corp. recently purchased 100 percent of the business and intellectual property assets of the former Auto Life USA Inc., as well as its predecessor company, AATI. Auto Life Acquisition Corp. was formed by Dick Mc Gorrian, other industry professionals and outside investors. The former principals of Auto Life USA Inc. have no ownership or management role in the new company, according to Mc Gorrian.
