Ameron International Corp. Announces Quarterly Dividend and Annual Meeting Date

    PASADENA, Calif.--Jan. 16, 2003--Ameron International Corporation : The Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of 32 cents per share of common stock payable February 18, 2003 to stockholders of record January 23, 2003 and has established February 11, 2003 as the record date in connection with its Annual Meeting of Stockholders which will be held on Wednesday, March 26, 2003.
