WISE INDUSTRIES ANNOUNCES EXCLUSIVE PRO VAN LINER(tm) DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT WITH ADRIAN STEEL

OLD HICKORY, TN - Wise Industries, Inc. has reached an exclusive distribution agreement with Adrian Steel for its Pro Van Liner(tm) - designed to protect the interior of commercial vans, enhancing the resale value by maintaining the original interior appearance.
	
Under terms of the new agreement, Wise Industries will manufacture the Pro Van Liner for Adrian Steel, which will distribute it throughout the U.S. and Canada via its distributor network of more than 300 upfitters.

The Pro Van Liner is manufactured of rugged, non-woven polyester fiber bonded to sturdy automotive fiberboard.  The liner is die-cut to fit the long and short van wall, headliner, side and rear door panels, D-pillar trim panels, rear wheel well covers and fuel filler covers.

"The Pro Van Liner literally pays for itself through greater resale value of the vehicle in which it's installed," Wise added.  "The liner protects the van's sheet metal from damage caused by interior activity, such as cargo shifting or sliding, or having items such as heavy tools tossed onto shelves."
      
He added that the Pro Van Liner enhances the interior appearance and protects cargo, while acting as a heat and sound insulator.  The liner is ready to install out of the box, and can be fitted by two people in less than an hour.  It comes with a three-year, 36,000-mile complete customer satisfaction warranty.
