New CEO Ron Means to Team With Market Scan Co-founders Russell West and Rusty West to Drive Growth, Technology Solutions and Customer Service

Mr. Means will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company and will focus on improving business practices to provide expanded customer and sales support.
