Nistevo Survey Reports High Customer Satisfaction; 100 Percent of Respondents Would Recommend Nistevo to a Business Partner
MINNEAPOLIS--Dec. 17, 2002--Nistevo Corp., the leading Collaborative Logistics Network(SM) for transportation management, announced today the results of its second annual customer satisfaction survey. This online survey enabled Nistevo's members to anonymously provide feedback to Nistevo by rating their satisfaction with the company's technology and services, as well as ranking the importance of various transportation management capabilities.
In 2002, the use of Nistevo's Web-hosted transportation management system (TMS) grew significantly with the company's acquisition of new members, expansion of contracts with existing customers and introduction of new capabilities including optimization and dock scheduling. To date, members of the Nistevo Network have planned and executed more than three billion miles of freight in the system and now manage more than 2.8 million shipments annually.
Nearly 80 percent of survey respondents have been live on the Nistevo Network for more than six months, while the other 20 percent of respondents are in the process of completing their initial pilot or beginning the implementation process.
Highlights of the survey included Nistevo and industry-specific trend information, such as:

-- | 100 percent of respondents have plans to expand their use of the Nistevo Network in 2003, with automated dock scheduling and adding new locations and carriers topping the list of expansion goals |
-- | 96.2 percent of respondents ranked TMS as "very important" to their overall logistics strategy |
