Ford Declares First-Quarter Dividend

DEARBORN, Mich., Dec. 11, 2002; The Board of Directors of Ford Motor Company [NYSE: F] today declared a first-quarter dividend of 10 cents per share on the company's Class B and common stock. This is the same level of dividend paid in the fourth quarter of 2002. The first quarter dividends are payable on March 3, 2003 to shareholders of record on January 31, 2003
