Dana Products Featured on Eight of Ward's 10 Best Engines
TOLEDO, Ohio, Dec. 11, 2002; Dana Corporation announced today that it supplies products on eight of the 10 engines judged by Ward's AutoWorld magazine to be the best engines for 2003. The winning engines, announced today, were selected by a panel of judges assembled by Ward's.
The engines featuring Dana products include the BMW 3.2L I-6, and 3.0L I-6, the BMW/Mini Supercharged 1.6L I-4, DaimlerChrysler's 5.7L "Hemi" V-8, the Ford Powerstroke 6.0L V-8 Turbo-diesel, the GM Vortec 4.2L I-6, the Honda 3.0L V-6, and Nissan's 3.5L V-6.
Manufactured by Dana's Engine and Fluid Management Group, the varying combinations of products and systems on these engines includes cylinder head gaskets, cam cover modules, seals, heat shields, bearings, piston rings, fluid routing systems, and oil and water pumps.
