Apogee Enterprises to Host Third Quarter Conference Call

    MINNEAPOLIS--Dec. 6, 2002--Apogee Enterprises, Inc. today announced that Russell Huffer, chairman, president and chief executive officer, will host a live conference call and real-time webcast to discuss the company's third quarter results and operations on Thursday, December 19, 2002 at 10 a.m. Central Standard Time (11 a.m. Eastern Standard Time). The call will last approximately one hour. Third quarter results will be released after the market closes on December 18.

Access to the conference call is open to the press and general public in a listen-only mode.
