Acura Announces November Sales Figures

TORRANCE, Calif., Dec. 3, 2002 -- November sales of Acura vehicles totaled 12,031, while Acura year-to-date sales rose to 153,208, slightly behind 2001's record-setting pace, Acura announced today.

Demand for the MDX luxury SUV remained strong with record November sales of 4,569 up 25.6 percent compared to 2001 and up 29 percent year-to-date at 47,912. The 2003 MDX, which features a new, more powerful 260 horsepower engine and numerous new features, went on sale October 1.

The 2003 model of the exotic NSX sports car goes on sale today. Pricing for the high-performance exotic remains unchanged from last year at $89,000.
