C & L'S TO PREVIEW NEW TIRE CART AT 2002 PERFORMANCE RACING INDUSTRY
TRADESHOW IN INDIANAPOLIS

Competitively priced Tire Cart available for pre-order now

November 25, 2002 (St. George, UT) - C & L's expands its line of tools for
the Tire Specialist with the addition of "The Tire Cart," which offers
quality construction at a competitive price. The Tire Cart will be available
for demonstration and preview at the Performance Racing Industry Trade Show
in Indianapolis, December 5, 6 and 7, booth #7990.

The Tire Cart is designed to hold standard stock car tires (custom carts are
available upon request). It will be available in configurations for eight,
ten or twelve tires, and will hold two nitrogen (228 cubic foot size)
cylinders. The Tire Cart is constructed of CNC mandrel bent tubing with
pneumatic 4 ply tires, ball bearing wheel hubs and ball bearing front castor
swivels. A mounting plate for the C & L's Tire Squid is included.

The axle on The Tire Cart is located under the nitrogen bottles for added
stability.

Fully assembled units are powder coated, and several color options are
available. A "do-it-yourself" kit will be offered that requires just minimum
welding.

Carl Berg, C & L's owner, says "Most teams have access to welders, and by
creating a kit that teams can assemble and powder coat or finish in their
team colors not only saves them money in shipping costs, but allows that
degree of customization that will make the Tire Cart a winner."

The Tire Cart is in production, with delivery expected in early February.
Pricing will start around $500 for The Tire Cart in the eight-tire
