Japan 'Big-5' Carmakers Report October Results
TOKYO, Nov 25, 2002 Reuters reported that Toyota
Motor Corp, said its domestic output rose 6.1
percent in October from a year earlier to 334,790 vehicles.
Third-ranked Nissan Motor Corp. produced 127,245
vehicles in Japan, up 10 percent.
The following are figures for domestic output, domestic
sales, exports and overseas output of vehicles at Japan's five
leading carmakers for October, with percentage changes from the
year before in parentheses.
