Kingsley Coach, Inc. Appoints VP of Manufacturing, Positioning Company for Future Growth and Profitability in RV Industry

    MIDDLEBURG, Pa.--Nov. 20, 2002--Kingsley Coach, Inc. (OTCBB:KNGS) is pleased to announce the recent appointment of Mr. James LaRue to Vice President of Manufacturing.
    Mr. LaRue was recruited to assist the Company to reduce manufacturing costs and improve and expand the manufacturing capacity to meet the growing demand for the Company's unique brand of motor coaches. Kingsley Coach is a manufacturer of custom and standard recreational and specialized vehicles using a semi-truck chassis.
    The Company has manufactured and delivered 80 Kingsley Coaches to customers to date and is currently positioning to capitalize on the strong growth the RV industry is experiencing. Factors accelerating the RV industry sales are: lower interest rates, the baby boomer market and more vacationers choosing domestic road trips in the post-9/11 travel climate.
    The Company currently has a backlog of orders in excess of 16 units.
    The Company has entered into a two-year agreement in principle with its new Vice President of Manufacturing, Mr. James C. LaRue. The agreement has built in incentives including scaled percentages of profits as well as stock options based at current market price.
    Mr. LaRue's mandate is to improve corporate profitability, and address current and previous manufacturing problems including: sourcing new and additional suppliers, improve and expand manufacturing capability to meet the current back log and anticipated new orders, and accelerate the delivery schedule for customers.
    Mr. LaRue has over 20 years of vehicle manufacturing industry experience in established companies, having served as Plant Manager for Motor Coach Industries (MCI), Superintendent, Final Assembly & Testing for Eagle International Incorporated, US Divisional Manager for New Flyer Industries, Vice President of Manufacturing for Anaheim Industries, Houston, TX, and Manufacturing Operations Manager for the Stewart & Stevenson, Inc. Tactical Vehicle Division, Sealy, TX.
