Wisedriver Appoints Dominick Davi, CPA as New Independent Auditor

    NEW YORK--Nov. 19, 2002--Wisedriver.com, Inc., announced that its Board of Directors has engaged Dominick Davi, CPA as the new independent auditor for the Company. Davi, formerly with Salibello & Broder, LLP (SB), the company's previous auditor, worked on the Wisedriver account while at SB. The Company believes that Davi's previous experience and familiarity with their financial records and operations should produce a seamless transition, and makes the replacement a logical choice.
    As originally reported in Wisedriver's November 8, 2002 Form 8-K filling, Salibello & Broder, LP resigned as the company's independent auditor on September 27, 2002. The resignation was a result of SB's firm wide decision to discontinue auditing services to all of its existing public company clients. This decision has resulted in the simultaneous and similar resignation from all of these accounts.
    SB's resignation was in no way related to any disagreements or issues with the Company on any matter of accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure, or auditing scope or procedure.
