Bob Bishop Joins Harmon AutoGlass as CFO/CIO

    MINNEAPOLIS--Nov. 14, 2002--Harmon AutoGlass, a national leader in auto glass repair and replacement, announces the appointment of Robert Bishop as the company's new Chief Financial Officer and Chief Information Officer.
    In his new role, Bishop will manage both the financial and the technology groups of Harmon AutoGlass. He will lead the company's efforts to develop and implement an advanced technology platform for claim management solutions.

    Bishop comes to Harmon AutoGlass from PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PWC) where he has been working for Harmon as a consultant for the past three months. Prior to his work with PWC, Bishop served as director of professional services for American Software Inc., where he directed and expanded the Midwest and West region of American Software's consulting practice.
    Bishop also served as the Vice President for materials and MIS for Stant Corporation where he was responsible for managing the information technology, production control, purchasing, and distribution for the Plews/Edelmann Division.
    Before his employment at Stant Corporation, Bishop was manager of consulting for Altschuler Melvoin and Glasser, corporate auditor for United Technologies Corporation, audit manager for Microdot, Inc. and assistant controller with Amsted Industries, Inc.
    Bishop received a B.S. in industrial management from Purdue University and is a certified public accountant (CPA).
