MUSGRAVE READY TO "RACE AND ROLL" IN HOMESTEAD

HOMESTEAD, Fla., November 15, 2002 - Ted Musgrave, currently third in points in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, is ready for his fifth and final start of the season in the No. 07 Kenwood/Sirius Dodge at the Ford 400 at Homestead-Miami Speedway.

In addition to piloting the No. 07 Kenwood/Sirius Dodge, with its innovative chrome paint scheme, Musgrave will pull double duty this weekend, as he also will compete in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series race on Friday.  Earlier this year, Musgrave drove the No. 07 Kenwood/Sirius Dodge at Indianapolis Motor Speedway, where he finished 21st in the Brickyard 400; Darlington Raceway, where he finished 27th in the Mountain Dew Southern 500; Martinsville Speedway, where he finished 29th in the Old Dominion 500; and Phoenix International Speedway, where he failed to qualify for the Checker Auto Parts 500.

"Not having raced here in a Winston Cup car , this weekend is going to be a challenge for us, but one that I know we are up for.  The key is going to be patience.  It is a long race, so it is important for us to take everything in stride and know that we don't have to force anything

"Right now our goal is to qualify the Kenwood/Sirius Dodge.  After we qualify and we know we're in the show, we then can turn things 180 degrees and focus on what we're going to do for the race.  If this Kenwood/Sirius team can be consistent, give it 100 percent and leave nothing on the table, we will have a solid run and be pleased with the end result."
