Auto-Q Launches New PC Based FleetTrak System

    LONDON--Nov. 12, 2002--Auto-Q International (OTC BB:AUTQ) announced today that it has launched its premium FleetTrak product to road freight fleet operators, which management believes is a unique product offering in the commercial vehicle telematics market.
    It provides an options rich PC based platform unit for Auto-Q's in-cab driver and vehicle performance monitoring system. This in-vehicle PC based product is able to record all the telematic activities that are currently available in Auto-Q's existing products but with the added advantage of being able to provide a large variety of additional services including: in-vehicle email, navigation, touch screen for 2-way messaging, job processing, integral voice communications and a variety of programmable options such as temperature monitoring, multiple drop scheduling and reversing cameras.
    In addition to the system's core purpose of monitoring driver and vehicle performance and fuel management (delivering between 5 to 10% savings annually in fuel costs ), the system also provides many added benefits. It allows on-line communication with the driver, provides driver with information on safety procedures, daily vehicle checklist, data input recording using PDA's (for signature capture and proof of delivery), and bespoke programming options (as specified by the customer).
    Auto-Q's new product is a result of a six months of intensive development. After a soft launch at the Commercial Vehicle Show at the NEC, Birmingham, UK in May 2002, a full launch is planned for November 2002. Auto-Q has initially received positive reactions from customers at the Commercial Vehicle Show which could lead to significant orders in the coming quarters. The first demonstration units are already being installed at major fleet operators..
