Badger Meter Declares Dividend

    MILWAUKEE--Nov. 8, 2002--The Badger Meter, Inc. (AMEX:BMI) Board of Directors today declared a regular quarterly dividend of 26.0 cents per share to shareholders of record November 29, 2002, payable December 13, 2002.
    This is the same amount paid in the previous quarter.
