Carefree Custom Cycles Secures Dealer Floorplan

    PHOENIX--Nov. 7, 2002--Carefree Custom Cycles, Inc. (NQB:CFCU) announced today the company's Board of Directors has entered into a floor plan agreement with Automotive Finance Corporation of Indianapolis. Automotive Finance Corporation is a subsidiary of Allete Corp. .
    This agreement allows for Carefree Custom Cycles, Inc. to expand it dealer base from current operations. Prior to this arrangement, Carefree Custom Cycles dealers were on a C.O.D. basis. With flooring available, they will be able to inventory more product. The floor plan financing package will help the company expand their dealer base by making Carefree's product easier to inventory.
    Automotive Finance Corporation has approved and funded several Carefree Custom Cycles dealers and has placed no ceiling on the number of dealers it will fund. There are 82 offices nationwide to service its dealers.
    Carefree Custom Cycles of Glendale is a manufacturer of V-Twin custom, high-performance motorcycles. The dealer network presently consists of approximately 25 dealers throughout the country, including such names as Indian of Phoenix, Fat City Cycles of Las Vegas, and Chix Custom Cycle of Virginia Beach. They currently offer five motorcycle lines: three Soft Tail models, one Rigid model, and one Chopper model.
