Sirius Satellite Radio Signs Agreement With Asbury Automotive Group

NEW YORK, Oct. 24 2002 -- Sirius Satellite Radio, the premier satellite radio broadcaster, announced today that Asbury Automotive Group, Inc. , will offer Sirius Satellite Radio systems through Asbury's nationwide network of automotive dealers. Encompassing 128 franchises at 91 dealer locations across the country, the Asbury Group sells 36 different vehicle brands including BMW, Toyota, Chevrolet, Ford, Honda, Nissan and others, all of which will now offer the Sirius system to new and used car buyers.

Audiovox, one of the country's leading makers of consumer electronics products, will supply the Sirius Satellite Radio systems to car dealers nationwide. The Audiovox universal adaptor enables any vehicle with an FM radio to receive the 60 commercial-free music and 40 news, sports and entertainment channels that Sirius broadcasts across the continental United States.

Kenwood, Panasonic, Clarion, Audiovox, and Jensen satellite receivers, including models that can adapt any car stereo to receive Sirius, are available at retailers such as Circuit City, Best Buy, Sears, Good Guys, Tweeter, Ultimate Electronics and Crutchfield.
