Modine Board Announces Dividend

    RACINE, Wis.--Oct. 16, 2002--The Modine Manufacturing Company Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of 12.5 cents per share on outstanding common stock, payable December 5, 2002 to all shareholders of record November 22, 2002.
