Toyota and Lexus Financial Services Deploy edocs' Customer Self-Service Platform To Provide Online Customer Care

With the software, TFS and Lexus Financial Services (LFS) will provide its Toyota and Lexus retail auto financing and leasing customers with online access to account information and services. As a result, the company expects to increase customer satisfaction and improve operational and marketing efficiencies.
