Aston Martin Jaguar Land Rover North America Announces New Vice President Of Franchise Operations
IRVINE, Calif., Oct. 14 -- Aston Martin Jaguar Land Rover North America today announces that Mark Scarpato is appointed vice president of Franchise Operations, effective immediately. Scarpato will report to Mike O'Driscoll, president of Aston Martin Jaguar Land Rover North America. Scarpato replaces Sally Eastwood, who was the subject of a previous announcement.
"Mark has made significant contributions to our organization," commented Mike O'Driscoll. "His extensive automotive experience will be a great compliment to the executive management team."
Prior to this current appointment, Scarpato was the Retail Communications manager for Jaguar North America, a position he held since November 2000. Scarpato joined Ford Motor Company in 1985 as a Field Sales representative and held other positions such as Dealer Placement representative and Merchandising manager.
Scarpato worked for Toyota Motor Sales, USA Inc. from 1991 to 2000. During this time he held various management positions in both the Toyota and Lexus divisions. Prior to rejoining Ford in November 2000, he was the Vehicle Operations manager for Toyota division.
Scarpato holds a Master of Science in Management from Lesley College School of Management in Cambridge, MA, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire Whittemore School of Business and Economics.
