Reichhold Announces New Vice President of Finance for Composites

    RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C.--Oct. 9, 2002-- Reichhold, Inc. today named Ross Bratlee as vice president of finance for Reichhold's composites business.
    Bratlee has global responsibility for the financial operations of Reichhold's composites business in North America, Mexico, Brazil, Europe and the Middle East.
    "Ross brings diverse, global industry experience, including his tenure in a variety of senior financial management roles in accounting, auditing, financial planning and analysis," said Julia Harp, senior vice president for composites. "His experience only strengthens our leadership team."
    Most recently, Bratlee was director of finance for the specialty chemicals division for Honeywell International, Inc. where he led business process improvements, and redesigned and implemented a new financial organization. Prior to his time at Honeywell, he spent seventeen years in a variety of financial roles for General Electric.
    Bratlee has a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Bloomsburg University and is a Six Sigma Green Belt.
    Bratlee is located at Reichhold's world headquarters in Research Triangle Park, NC.
