Cohesia Wins Ohio Edison Emerging Technology Award
DAYTON, Ohio--Oct. 8, 2002--Cohesia Corporation, the Dayton-based software developer of Characteristic Lifecycle Management (CLM) software for complex part and material manufacturers, has been awarded a Thomas Edison Program Emerging Technology Award by the Ohio State Department of Development. Cohesia is one of twelve Ohio companies to be recognized.The award was presented at a September 30 ceremony in Cleveland. Cohesia's President and CEO, Dan Z. Sokol accepted the award.

We're honored to receive an Emerging Technology Award this year, and to be included with such a distinguished group of innovators."
The Emerging Technology Award is part of the Thomas Edison Program, sponsored by the Ohio Department of Development. It recognizes smaller, technology-oriented firms that are making valuable progress in the advancement of new or existing technologies. In addition to Cohesia, the following companies were selected: Atricure of West Chester; Audiopack of Garfield Heights; Diagnostic Hybrids Inc. of Athens; Essential Research Inc. of Cleveland; Imalux of Cleveland; iMedd of Columbus; Phoenix Technologies of Bowling Green; Secure Interiors of Columbus; Sunpower Inc. of Athens; Technology Management Inc. of Cleveland; and Webcore Technologies of Kettering.
