Toyota labor union might not ask for wage hike
October 6, 2002 NAGOYA — Toyota Motor Corp workers have decided to possibly forgo demanding a basic wage hike in next spring's annual negotiations with management, representing a major policy shift for a large union that is likely to ripple out to other firms.
