Glendale International Corp. Declares Dividend

    OAKVILLE, Ontario--Oct. 3, 2002--Glendale International Corp. (TSX:GIN) announced today that the Corporation's Board of Directors has declared a semi-annual dividend of $0.06 per share payable on November 26, 2002 to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 19, 2002.
    This dividend when combined with the $0.06 per share dividend paid in June 2002 would total $0.12 for the year. That amount is approximately 50% of the previous fiscal year's earnings and 20% higher than dividends paid in 2001.
    There are approximately 12,267,017 shares outstanding.
