Acura Presents Santana Hits San Diego on Friday, October 11th

                                       
WHO:   Acura is bringing the spectacular performance of legendary
       musician Carlos Santana and his band to San Diego area fans
       with the Acura Presents Santana tour. With Santana's new 
       album "Shaman" set for an October 22nd release, the
       anticipation is already growing as witnessed by the success of
       the album's first single "The Game of Love". The song, 
       featuring songstress Michelle Branch, is already the #1 most 
       added track across the board its first week at radio.

WHAT:  Through the Acura Presents Santana tour, the luxury automobile
       maker will present Santana concerts in eight cities nationwide.

       In addition to bringing Santana's music closer to his fans in 
       San Diego, Acura teamed up with KGB 101.5 FM and XETV San Diego
       Fox Channel 6 for the "Santana's San Francisco" sweepstakes.
       KGB and XETV will each announce their winner of the coveted 
       grand prize: a trip to Santana's hometown of San Francisco. The
       lucky grand prizewinners will be selected from among the 
       qualifying listeners and viewers from both stations who won 
       tickets and meet-and-greet passes to the October 11th show
       during a four-week on-air and online promotion. The grand-prize
       package includes airfare for two, along with two-night
       accommodations in the Triton Union Square Hotel's one-of-a-kind
       Santana Suite (inspired by the guitarist's art, music and 
       vision), and plenty of spending money to experience Santana's
       picks of the best sights and sounds of the San Francisco Bay
       Area.

WHY:   The Acura Presents Santana tour allows consumers to experience

       donation to Santana's charity, the Milagro Foundation, at the 
       San Francisco concert on October 5, 2002. The Acura Presents 
       Santana tour represents Acura's third annual summer concert
       series, which featured Paul Simon and Brian Wilson in 2001 and 
       John Fogerty and Aaron Neville in 2000.
