LYNX Services' New FASTtrack Dispatch Process Now Available Through GLAXIS
PITTSBURGH--Sept. 23, 2002--LYNX Services announced today that GLAXIS-enabled software now includes LYNX Services' new FASTtrack dispatch process, the latest innovation to bring value and simplify the lives of retail service providers.This new offering is available to auto glass retailers who receive electronic work assignments via software enabled with GLAXIS. GLAXIS is the technology solutions unit of PPG Industries that provides software solutions that electronically connect the auto replacement glass value chain.
By handling routine tasks electronically, the FASTtrack dispatch process reduces phone time, eliminates data entry errors, reduces EDI rejects and provides up-to-date pricing information for insurance company glass programs. As a result, retail service providers will have more time to focus on their customers and grow their business, according to Paul McFarland, director of programs administration and eServices integration, LYNX Services.
