Citysearch Selects Autofusion to Power Its Auto Channel; More Than Six Million Citysearch Visitors Can Now Make More Informed Auto-Buying Decisions

LOS ANGELES--Sept. 23, 2002--Citysearch (http://www.citysearch.com), a leading local network of online city guides and one of the core businesses operated by Ticketmaster, recently launched its new online auto channel, featuring vehicle research, shopping and buying tools to help users make informed auto buying decisions.
Citysearch has teamed with Autofusion Corp. to provide a comprehensive auto channel for the Citysearch network of Web sites. Citysearch users will now have the ability to research, shop and locate the vehicle of their choice using Autofusion's enhanced searching tools.
The new Citysearch auto channel offers users the ability to research and locate a local and national selection of new and used vehicles complete with crash test and other safety ratings, vehicle recalls, rebates and incentives, availability of vehicle colors, options and packages, and much more.
"We chose the Autofusion suite of products and services to power our auto channel for many reasons, but primarily due to the fact that they understand the online auto marketplace as well as anyone in this space," said Briggs Ferguson, president of Citysearch. "This new agreement will provide us with the opportunity to better serve our users by combining cutting edge auto research and buying products and services with our extensive local content offering."
Citysearch site visitors can now utilize one of the most comprehensive online sources for auto research and buying on the Web. Consumers will gain access to such resources as:

-- "Classifieds" allows users to list their used vehicles for sale and to search used vehicle listings posted by dealers or other users.
-- "Build-A-Car Configurator" allows users to build a vehicle with detailed automotive specification data and pricing, research the vehicle, compare up to four vehicles at a time, save the vehicle in a virtual garage and retrieve the vehicle at a later date, and request to purchase the vehicle from a retailer.
-- "MatchMaker" is a needs analysis/decisioning tool that recommends the right vehicle(s) to users based on the user's answers to pertinent questions
-- "Top 10 Cars" is a tool that compiles "top 10" lists to help consumers see how the new car or truck they are considering rates with peers and to show what other consumers have been building and researching.

"Autofusion is extremely proud to be chosen to power Citysearch's entire auto channel," said Lou Urbano, CEO of Autofusion Corp. "We feel it is a true validation of our products and services to be selected by Citysearch, as they bring a significant user base and one of the most respected brands in the local information space."
