puraDYN Announces Strategic Relationship With FRAM Oil Filters

    PERRYSBURG, Ohio & BOYNTON BEACH, Fla.--Sept. 19, 2002--FRAM(R) Filters, America's #1 oil filter brand, and puraDYN Filter Technologies Inc. (AMEX:PFT), the global by-pass oil filtration system company, today announced a strategic alliance.
    FRAM(R) Filters are manufactured by Honeywell Consumer Products Group which also includes the Prestone(R), Autolite(R) and Holts(R) brands and is a subsidiary of Honeywell Inc., .
