Riley & Scott Announces Daytona Prototype With Toyota Engine

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (September 18, 2002) - Riley & Scott Racing announced agreement with Toyota Racing Development (TRD) to utilize the TRD-built Toyota Daytona Prototype V8 engine and to badge and identify its first Rolex Sports Car Series Daytona Prototype as a Toyota. Development of the new car, including Celica styling cues, continues in the company's Indianapolis factory.
