Integrity Interactive Powers Business Ethics Program For Rolls-Royce North America; Integrity Provides Web-based Ethics and Compliance Training to Top Management
DEDHAM, Mass.--Sept. 17, 2002--Integrity Interactive Corporation today announced it is providing compliance training to Rolls-Royce North America in support of the company's business ethics initiative. Rolls-Royce North America implemented Integrity's courses as part of its existing ethics and compliance program, enabling the company to efficiently train employees at more than 70 locations in the U.S. and Canada on important business conduct and legal compliance issues.Rolls-Royce North America chose Integrity's Web-based compliance courses to unify and extend the reach of its ethics and compliance training program. Integrity's comprehensive communication and training program will enable Rolls-Royce North America to provide its top leadership with a consistent management message and business ethics curriculum, customized to the specific needs of the group. Integrity's corporate ethics and compliance program includes customizable courses covering topics such as: Antitrust; Gifts and Conflicts of Interest; Mutual Respect; Insider Trading; and Export Control.

Integrity provides Rolls-Royce North America with an automated compliance training system that includes e-mail invitations and reminders to take subscribed courses. Local ethics officers at each participating Rolls-Royce location also follow up with employees to ensure they complete training. In the coming months, the company may roll out courses to more of its 8,000 employees in specific areas based on a risk assessment it performed with Integrity.
