S Korea Daewoo International To Supply Parts To China's Mudanjiang

SEOUL -September 16, 2002 Dow Jones reported that South Korea's Daewoo International Corp. Tuesday said it has received a $30 million contract from Mudanjiang Highway Construction Corp. in China to supply heavy equipment and raw materials.

Daewoo said the contract was for a project to build a highway that links the Mudanjiang and Jixi regions in China.

The supply will begin in October and will be completed by the first half of 2003, the company said
