Caliber Collision Centers Expands Coverage In North Texas; Caliber Acquires Streetwerks Collision Center in Corinth
IRVINE, Calif.--Sept. 16, 2002--In yet another step toward delivering high-quality, state-of-the-art collision repair throughout the state of Texas, Caliber Collision Centers, an Irvine, Calif.-based operator of high-quality collision repair facilities in California and Texas, has announced the acquisition of Streetwerks Collision Center in Corinth, Texas, located northwest of Downtown Dallas.The addition of Streetwerks Collision Center further extends Caliber's position as the largest collision repair provider in Texas with 30 centers in operation, 13 of which are located in North Texas. It also expands Caliber's position as the largest independently operated collision repair organization in the United States, with 67 centers in California and Texas.

Former Streetwerks owner, Steve Watkins, will continue as the center manager for Caliber, leading the effort to provide complete customer satisfaction and state-of-the-art collision repair.
