Aero Industries, Inc. Signs Distribution Agreement With Poly Hi Solidur, Inc.

    INDIANAPOLIS--Sept. 16, 2002--Aero Industries, Inc., the nation's leading manufacturer of tarping systems and accessories for the transportation industry, has reached a national distribution agreement with Poly Hi Solidur.
    According to the agreement, Aero will now offer Poly Hi Solidur's QuickSilver(R) and DuraPro(TM) on-road dump trucks and dump trailer liners across North America.
    Both corporations are recognized leaders in product quality, support and development for the transportation industry. According to Dave Boyd, Chief Operating Officer of Aero Industries, Inc. "that made for a natural synergy between our two companies. As a leader in cargo protection products, we saw an opportunity to create a partnership in dump liners. The dump liners now compliment and complete our product offering for dump trucks and dump trailers."
    Aero chose to work with Poly Hi Solidur, because based on Aero's extensive market research, the QuickSilver(R) and DuraPro(TM) dump liners were clearly perceived as the industry's best. According to Boyd "it quickly became obvious that QuickSilver(R) and DuraPro(TM) were the brands everyone wanted." As part of the agreement, Aero Industries will also offer Poly Hi Solidur's entire line of HMW liners.
    Now that the national distribution agreement has been inked, Aero Industries will begin to market the new products to their extensive dealer network throughout North America. According to Boyd, "Our plan is to go coast-to-coast with the product and into Canada." To better serve their dealers and customers, Aero Industries will warehouse the inventory and offer installs at their existing Aero facilities in the U.S. and Canada.
