GM To Name Kelly-Ennis Head Of Saab Cars USA

NEW YORK -September 16,2002 Dow Jones reported that General Motors Corp. is expected today to announce that Oldsmobile chief Debra Kelly-Ennis will become the new head of Saab Cars USA Inc., according to Automotive News.

Kelly-Ennis, 45 years old, will replace Daniel Chasins, 49, as president of Saab Cars USA, the trade paper said, citing GM sources. Chasins will become executive director of future product planning at Saab Automobile AB in Trollhatten, Sweden.

Kelly-Ennis became Oldsmobile's general marketing manager in July 2000, five months before GM announced plans to kill the brand.
