Accident Prevention Signs Agreement With European Group For Expansion of Marketplace

    PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla.--Sept. 5, 2002-- Accident Prevention Plus, Inc. (OTCBB:ACPL) announces that yesterday the Company signed an agreement with AST Sarl. This agreement was signed for the sole purpose of furthering the ongoing and constant sales channels of the APP On Board Recorder throughout Europe and expanding this market place while giving the Company the representation it requires. Alan Schwartz, President and CEO of Accident Prevention Plus, Inc. stated, "this is an explosive event for our Company, one we have been working towards for many months. It is essential that our Company has constant representation in Europe due to their advancement in this marketplace through commercial, private sector and governmental mandates requiring our system. Jean Luc Brocvielle, has over 20 years experience owning a transportation and logistics Company. Michel Gervis has also owned and operated a transportation and logistic Company throughout Europe. Alain Ronzeau has over 20 years experience in managerial, sales and engineering for major electronics company. Rolland Chollet, heads up the installation and service division with many years experience in this field and Jean Paul Daveau, who is the original designer and engineer with Accident Prevention Plus, Inc. This group came together through the consensus that the APP On Board Recorder is the most dynamic and demanded system out there today. It has been made apparent through international news that this system is going to be a invariable necessity in Europe.     Upon signing of this Agreement, AST Sarl immediately implemented ten distributors in France alone. All members have strong connections to the European Commission, which will be extremely beneficial for governmental issues. AST Sarl has given Accident Prevention Plus, Inc. what they call "conservative" projection for revenues of over $800,000 through August 2003. AST Sarl explained that these are, in their minds "very conservative" numbers, but want to be on the speculative side for the Company.
