Pickups Plus To Open Distribution Center and Retail Store in Georgia
CINCINNATI--Sept. 4, 2002--Pickups Plus, Inc. (OTCBB:PUPS), a leading retailer and national franchiser in the $30 billion truck and SUV aftermarket accessories industry, announced today the planned opening of a regional distribution center and retail store in Alpharetta, Georgia, a suburb of Atlanta."We are putting in place the infrastructure for the multiple openings of franchise and dealer locations in the southeast. The Alpharetta location will provide franchise and dealer training and support as well as a product distribution center for Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Louisiana, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee," stated Gary Hoyle.
The Alpharetta location will be home to the first Pickups Plus retail store in Georgia and the first distribution center outside of Cincinnati, Ohio. "Alpharetta is a great entree into the Georgia market and will be Pickups Plus's thirteenth retail location," stated Gary Hoyle.
