NMRA Ford Nationals Show Series Official Newsletter http://www.nmraracing.com For Immediate Release: Diablo Sport and Amazon Racing come on board to sponsor 2003 SVT Cobra Shootout at NMRA World Finals Recently, the NMRA announced the 2003 SVT Cobra Shootout to be held at the NMRA World Finals in Bowling Green, KY on September 27 - 29, 2002. Since that time, owners, tuners and fans of what has become the hottest Mustang ever have expressed excitement and anticipation to see who will be crowned "King of the Cobra" for 2003. Diablo Sport and Amazon Racing are teaming up to sponsor this exciting event, and will be on hand in Bowling Green to show the latest products available for the 2003 SVT Cobra. Diablo Sport manufactures custom tuning computer chips and programmers for Ford engine computer systems. Diablo Sport has computer chips available now for the 2003 Cobra, and has recently released the exciting new Delta Chip, which allows the user to switch on the fly between different custom-tuned chip settings. Amazon Racing is a major distributor for Diablo Sport, and is also a dealer for performance products for the SVT Cobra, as well as other Ford performance cars and trucks. Amazon is also a Ford and Cobra tuner, and has realized considerable power increases to the already amazing 390 horsepower stock rating of the new SVT Cobra. They will have products, display cars, and expert advice available at the Bowling Green event to help Cobra, Mustang and Ford Truck owners get the most out of their vehicles. Trophies will be awarded to the four fastest stock-tired 2003 Cobras and the four fastest slick or drag radial-equipped 03 Cobras during qualifying on Saturday. On Sunday, the 03 Cobras will be allowed to run in the Vortech Modular Muscle class, an open comp format eliminator. Own a Cobra but don't want to race?
