Cayuga 2000 Speedway and CASCAR Announce The Return of NASCAR Drivers on
Canada Day Weekend In 2003

LONDON, ON - The inaugural Canada Day Shootout held this summer on June 30th
was a huge success as over 18,000 jubilant Canadian race fans packed the
Cayuga 2000 Speedway grandstands to watch Canada's top stock car drivers
face off against six NASCAR drivers on the legendary 5/8 mile oval track. To
the delight of Canadian motorsports fans, Cayuga 2000 Speedway and CASCAR
have jointly announced today that the event will be staged again in 2003.

"We are very pleased to announce that Cayuga 2000 Speedway will once again
host the Canada Day Weekend CASCAR event on June 30th, 2003, and we will
again have a contingent of NASCAR drivers at the event to face off against
Canada's finest race drivers." Said Brad Lichty, president of Cayuga 2000
Speedway. "The feedback we received from this years race was overwhelmingly
positive, and we are committed to building this event as a Canada Day
Weekend tradition."

Although the NASCAR driver lineup has not yet been announced, Lichty reports
that the availability of at least two drivers has been confirmed, and
negotiations are ongoing to confirm the lineup. An announcement is expected
to be made in the next 90 days as to which NASCAR stars will be present at
the event.

"By all accounts, this years event was the biggest stock car oval racing
event in Canadian history," continues Gary Evans, vice president of Cayuga
2000 Speedway. "we are very proud to continue to build this event as a
tradition in Canadian motorsports, and we look forward to welcoming the
NASCAR drivers to Canada once again next season."

"This year's Canada Day Shootout was a fantastic event" says Tony Novotny,
president of CASCAR. "The facility was packed and the fans were treated to a
great show. We have been in negotiations with Cayuga 2000 Speedway ever
since the event took place to ensure that we can continue to bring this
great event to Canadian race fans, and we are very pleased to announce the
event will take place again in 2003. We are also very pleased to announce
that CASCAR will be working in close conjunction with Cayuga 2000 Speedway
in the organization of the 2003 event."

Some changes to the format of the event are also in the planning stage.
Organizers will focus on running the program over a shorter time period, and
on providing more off-track entertainment for the fans. The organizers are
also considering going to a 200 lap feature race to incorporate more race
strategy, tire management, and pit stops into the outcome.

Expect more announcements to be made in the coming weeks regarding the
NASCAR driver lineup, and new features that will be part of the event.
