peeChannel to televise Talladega Food World 300 ARCA RE/MAX event

TOLEDO OH (8-23-02) ARCA RE/MAX Series, Talladega Superspeedway and
pee Channel officials have announced that the October 5 Food World 300
will be televised that evening from 8-11 p.m. Eastern time on Speed
Channel.

"Anytime Talladega Superspeedway's exciting brand of racing is brought
to fans across the country, we obviously think that helps the track and
our sport of racing grow," said Rick Humphrey, vice president/general
manager of Talladega Superspeedway.

“The upcoming ARCA RE/MAX Series programming from Talladega
Superspeedway is certainly a welcome addition to our existing line-up,”
said Speed Channel President Jim Liberatore. “We’re extremely excited to
be able to provide more quality programming for our viewers.”

Remaining televised events for the RE/MAX Series in 2002 include
Winchester Speedway (live) on Aug 31, DuQuoin, Illinois mile-dirt (live)
on September 2, Chicagoland Speedway (live) on September 7, Salem
Speedway (live) on September 15 and the same-day coverage from
Talladega. At present, Speed Channel reaches a 50-million home universe.
