PRIMEDIA Forms Consumer Automotive Group
NEW YORK, Aug. 23 -- David Ferm, President of PRIMEDIA's Consumer Magazine and Media Group, the leading targeted media company , announced today the creation of the Primedia Consumer Automotive Group. The new unit brings together Motor Trend, Automobile, and Liberty Productions to create the premier auto information network for readers and advertisers. As part of the announcement, Lou Mohn, previously the president of the Motor Trend Group, has been named President of the new unit, and David Forgione, formerly the Publisher of Automobile Magazine, will become the Group Publisher of both Automobile and Motor Trend.

Other personnel changes include the naming of Steve Rousseau to the position of Advertising Director for the Automotive Group and Ralph Allora's appointment as Marketing Director for the Group.
